RT1533 - How to Protect Your Online Family Photos

Session Description

Posting pictures of family members past and present is a national hobby, but sharing them with just family and friends isn't protection enough. It's really easy to copy a photo online and use it without attribution. It happened this year to a young couple when their engagement picture ended up on a book cover. Before your photos become a plot line in a TV series, take steps to prevent it. Watermarking your images is easy. There are apps for i-devices, android ones and web apps to help make it difficult to lose control over your images. Examples will illustrate how to add a watermark and what to include.
